I placed an order for a 1lb pack of tuna, and with it I received a small pack of tuna treats as a complimentary gift. I noticed a clear difference between the two. The tuna in the 1lb pack appears concerning — it contains white-coated particles, has an unpleasant smell, and does not look fresh. In contrast, the tuna from the small complimentary pack smells fresh, has a different color, and looks of much better quality. I am worried about the quality and safety of the 1lb pack and request that this issue be addressed.
