Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
• Order details: the products you buy, order history, payment method and payment confirmation.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email, through our contact form or by phone, including any photos.
• Bank details for refunds: your account title, bank name and account number or IBAN, only when you ask for a refund by bank transfer.
• Account details: your login email and saved addresses, if you create an account on our website.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you subscribe.

Information collected automatically

• Your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit on our website, collected through cookies and analytics tools. See section 6.

Card details

• We never see or store your full card number. Card and wallet payments are processed by our secure payment processor.

We use your information to:

• process, deliver and support your orders, returns, exchanges and refunds;
• confirm cash-on-delivery orders and verify payments;
• reply to your questions and complaints;
• check eligibility for offers such as our one-time free sample;
• prevent fraud and misuse;
• improve our website and products;
• send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them;
• run and measure our advertising;
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you:

• Courier companies, to deliver your orders and handle returns;
• Our payment processor and banks, to take payments and send refunds;
• Our e-commerce platform and service providers, who host our website and help us run our business;
• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta/Facebook), to measure our website's performance and show Whiskit ads to people likely to be interested. We share only limited information for this, such as an email address or phone number in scrambled (hashed) form;
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

These parties may use your information only to provide their service to us.

• Bank details for refunds are used only to send your refund and are deleted 90 days after the refund is paid.
• Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes in section 3.

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then not work properly.

We send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages only if you have opted in. Every marketing message tells you how to unsubscribe. You can also tell us at any time to stop. This does not affect messages about your orders.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only staff who need your information to serve you can access it. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will never ask you for your OTP, passwords or card security code (CVV).

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your account or your information, except records we must keep by law;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Our website and products are not intended for children under 18 to buy without a parent's or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
